Her academic journey commenced at Carmel Convent Sr. Sec School, BHEL Bhopal, where she pursued her secondary education and served as the house captain.
Even during her school days, Pallavi exhibited a wide range of talents and interests, including her passion for music.
She is a classically trained singer and a skilled harmonium player, finding solace and relief from stress through her musical pursuits.
After completing her schooling, Pallavi went on to pursue a Bachelor’s degree with Law Honours at the prestigious National Law University, Delhi.
Her dedication to both legal studies and her love for music continued to shine throughout her academic journey.
She successfully completed a BA LLB program specializing in Law, which became her optional subject for the civil services examination.

After her studies, she got an offer from a Corporate from SNR in New Delhi, and she was about to join it when Covid hit, and the Pandemic made her stay at home with her parents. From there, she decided to shift her focus from Corporate Law to Civil Services.
In the year 2022-23, Pallavi appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, choosing English as her medium and Law as her optional subject.
Her hard work and focused preparation paid off when she achieved an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 73.
Her remarkable accomplishment earned her heartfelt congratulations from the Khan Study Group (KSG), a renowned coaching institute for civil services aspirants.
Apart from her academic pursuits, Pallavi’s passion for music remained an integral part of her life. Having pursued a Master’s degree in music (MA), she possesses a profound understanding of various ragas and their appropriate contexts.
Pallavi began her music lessons under the tutelage of Pt. Siddharam Korwar during her childhood and continued to practice music to rejuvenate herself during breaks from studying.
Pallavi’s dedication and determination were evident in her preparations for the civil services examination.
Although she faced challenges, particularly during the mains, where she couldn’t write as many tests as she would have liked, she remained undeterred.
Pallavi approached her second attempt with a focused mindset, analyzing her previous shortcomings and working diligently to rectify them. She invested considerable effort in writing tests and maintaining a rigorous study routine.

Her elder brother, Aditya Mishra, is an IPS officer serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in Indore. Aditya played a pivotal role in Pallavi’s preparation, offering guidance and assistance throughout her journey.
Due to his mentorship, Pallavi did not feel the need to join any coaching institute, making her path smoother and more manageable.
